This 30-day window is calculated from the delivery confirmation date provided by our shipping partner, ensuring you have ample time to inspect your utensils and decide if they are right for you. Requests made after the 30-day period will not be accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be processed. We recommend initiating the return or exchange process as soon as possible if you determine the items do not meet your needs, to avoid missing the deadline.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your forks, spoons, or chopsticks must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging intact. This includes any tags, labels, or protective wrapping that came with the items. Utensils that show signs of use, wear, damage, or cleaning (such as scratches, stains, or warping) will not be accepted for return or exchange, as they cannot be resold to other customers. Additionally, custom or personalized utensils are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are crafted specifically to your specifications.
The process to initiate a return or exchange is simple and straightforward. First, follow the designated process outlined on our website to submit your return or exchange request, providing details such as your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship the items back to us. It is important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure your return is processed efficiently.
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return or exchange is due to our error—such as receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items. In cases where the error is ours, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the return cost, and we will also cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item (if applicable) back to you. We will then arrange for a free return and either send a replacement item or issue a full refund, at your discretion, with no additional cost to you.
