What materials are your forks, spoons, and chopsticks made of? Our utensils are crafted from high-quality, food-safe materials to ensure durability and safety for daily use. We offer a variety of options, including stainless steel (rust-resistant and easy to clean), natural wood (sustainable and warm to the touch), and BPA-free plastic (lightweight and shatterproof). Are your utensils dishwasher safe? Most of our utensils are dishwasher safe, including all stainless steel and BPA-free plastic options. However, our wooden utensils are not recommended for dishwasher use, as high heat and harsh detergents can cause warping or cracking. To extend the life of wooden utensils, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and drying thoroughly after use. Dishwasher safety information is also noted on each product page.
How do I check the status of my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (where available). You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time through our website’s order tracking tool. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, your order may still be in processing.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed? We aim to process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible if requested immediately after placing your order. If you need to modify your shipping address, add/remove items, or cancel your order, please act promptly. Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner, we cannot make any changes or issue cancellations. If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or missing items? We take great care in packaging our utensils, but if your order arrives damaged, broken, or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged items or packaging to assist with our investigation. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, a full refund, or store credit—whichever you prefer—at no additional cost to you.
Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination; you can view the exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time at checkout by entering your shipping address. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Can I return or exchange an item? We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, follow the process outlined on our website. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
